We really want to keep it simple. So we put together our One Wedding Per Weekend concept. It is exactly how it sounds. You gain access to the main hall and property at 9am on Saturday and stay as late as you need into Sunday. If you decide that you (or the families) don't want to clean on Sunday, we will do the cleaning for you and retain 250.00 from your deposit, returning the rest to you.
Table and chairs along with linens and chair covers
Full lighting and sound systems (you don't have to pay a DJ if you don't want)
Ice Machine and refrigerator (for the wedding cake)
Food Warmer (your caterer will love this)
Dedicated entrance and curtained area for the caterer.

We have seen the difference between a wedding with and without a professional coordinator and we just don't want to host any without ever again.
We are all about an easy low-stress experience. However, there must be mutual respect. We ask that you show care for the venue as you would your home. We do not allow glitter, confetti, sparklers or open flame candles indoors. Candles can be inside of jars or lanterns.
We ask that you do not go into restricted, employee-only areas. Your Day-of coordinator can get you whatever you may need. Last, please do not approach any horses that are in the pasture.
