When you are planning a wedding, we believe you need all the facts to make a good decision on your venue, and that includes pricing. A venue-only rental in North Texas can be 25-35% of your wedding budget. Our venue rental includes many amenities with no shady hidden fees to help you stay within your wedding budget.

Wedding - quinceanera - sweet 16

Just married classic truck

Friday or Saturday $4,000

  • 14 hours - 10am to Midnight! 
  • Exclusive use of 9-acre property
  • Multiple beautiful outdoor ceremony locations 
  • Large reception hall
  • Tables and Chairs for up to 200 people
  • Dance lighting and sound equipment 
  • Amazing bridal suite and groom's room
  • Open vendor policy (with COI)
  • Ice Machine and Cake/Flower refrigerator
  • TOTAL CLEAN UP- Just gather your items and walk away
  • Interest-free payment plans 
  • Extra hours can be added on for $500.00 per hour. 

Sundays - Thursdays $3,500.00

  • 12 Hours
  • Exclusive use of 9-acre property
  • Indoor or multiple beautiful outdoor ceremony locations 
  • Large reception hall
  • Tables and Chairs for up to 200 people
  • Dance lighting and sound equipment 
  • Amazing bridal suite and groom's room
  • Open vendor policy (with COI)
  • Ice Machine and full-size refrigerator for cake or florals
  • TOTAL CLEAN UP- Just gather your items and walk away
  • Interest-free payment plans 
  • Extra hours can be added on for $500.00 per hour. 


Two-day Package + $1,500

  • Additional 9 hours - Noon to 9pm on the day before!
  • This option gives you the day before to set up and decorate!
  • You can also have a Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner! 
  • For just $1,500 extra. 

Day-Of Coordinator + $500

  • Manages all of the logistics of your wedding day.
  • Keeps everyone on the timeline. 
  • Helps solve any problems that might come up.
  • Handles all the details so you can enjoy your day!
  • Arrival 2 hours before ceremony begins.
  • Stays until the cake is cut.
  • Available for Rehearsal.

Date Reservation Fee $500

  • Reservation Fee secures your date
  • Non-Refundable
  • Due at contract signing
  • 120 days from event, the Reservation Fee becomes your Security Deposit, which is refundable
  • Reservation Fee is in addition to the venue rental fees

Bar Service

  • Required if alcohol will be served
  • 4 hour minimum
  • Includes licensed & insured bartenders and officers for security hired by The Enchanted Point
  • $150 per hour for up to 100 people/$300 per hour for over 100 people
  • You provide the alcohol that you want to serve, along with mixers, garnishes and cups. These will be placed behind the bar for service.

Add-Ons to take it up a notch

Bride & groom with horse rented for photos

Add items that appeal to you @ just $200.00 each.

  • Set Up--We will set up all of your tables & chairs so you can walk in and be ready to decorate.


  • Firepit--We will manage and stock plenty of firewood to keep a fire going from Dark time until you are ready to leave.


  • Horses for photos--Just choose the color and the ranch hands from our neighboring horse ranch will be there at your desired photography hour. Choose Black, White, Brown or Paint.


  • 360 Photo Booth--Unlimited use for up to 4 people at a time. This booth is a hit as you take videos on your own devices and can then upload them as you wish to social media.
